Our purification group has developed a process for rapid, customized and selective purification of a wide range of library and singleton compounds with diverse structural properties.
Purification generally results in a return of more than 80% of the compounds purified, exceeding purities of 90%. Compound quantities range from 2 mg to 30 mg. Information from the analytical HPLC-UV-MS data is used to generate focused gradients applying the accelerated retention window method for each compound set to optimize chromatographic resolution and to apply purification settings at acidic, neutral or alkaline conditions.
Automated and flexible sample management enables a variety of formats and is used for liquid handling, solvent removal, compound drying, weighing, labeling and distribution.
