Mass Spectrometry and NMR Spectroscopy are the primary technologies for the analytical group to solve structural enquiries and to compile analytical documentation on synthetic compounds. Methods include generic high throughput analyses for compound identity, purity, solubility, stability and solution concentration, as well as advanced tailored experiments to solve complex structural problems.
Available are 500 and 600 MHz NMR instruments equipped with a variety of probes, for example: cold-, flow-, nano-, and various inverse probes, enabling a wide range of technology options. The MS laboratory encompasses various separation and detection methods such as for example: GC-MS(EI), LC, CE-MS(ESI+/-), ELSD, CLND.
The analytical group also has extensive experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of analytical infrastructure in medicinal and high throughput chemistry laboratories.
