The 20 people strong iNovacia team, has an average of over 10 years of pharma industry experience. The team has delivered numerous projects from assay development into lead optimization during the past years. The productivity of the team has been significantly facilitated by excellent laboratories equipped according to highest industry standards. iNovacia is experienced with a multitude of different target families and has over the last years successfully delivered over 35 different high-throughput screening campaigns for external customers.

Biophysical profiling and rapid library expansions are applied to exclude false positives, characterize mode of action and generate early SAR.
